What we collect
When you submit a cut sheet or contact us, we collect: your name, email address, phone number, address (for coordination only - we do not deliver), and the answers you provide on the cut sheet form.
If you pay a deposit via Venmo or PayPal, the payment processor (not us) collects payment-related information per their privacy policies.
How we use it
- To coordinate your order and pickup.
- To follow up if there are questions during processing.
- To notify you when a new batch is opening - only if you've asked to be on the waitlist.
What we don't do
- We don't share, sell, or rent your information to anyone.
- We don't run automated marketing emails.
- We don't use website tracking pixels or third-party advertising tools.
Cookies & analytics
This website uses essential cookies only (no advertising or tracking cookies). Basic visitor counts may be collected by our website host for security purposes; no personally identifying information is included.
Third-party form
The cut sheet form on this site is provided by JotForm. When you submit it, your responses are stored on JotForm's servers and forwarded to us. JotForm has its own privacy policy at jotform.com/privacy.
Your rights
Want to be removed from the waitlist or have us delete your information? Email woobiefarm@gmail.com and we'll handle it within a few days. We're a small operation - there's no legal department to navigate.
